The Health Promotion and Education team visited Karu General Hospital and GSS Lugbe for Lassa Fever awareness campaign, spreading the word on prevention, symptoms, and control measures to curb the spread.
Earlier today, the Occupational Health and Safety unit of the Department visited the Lugbe Junior Secondary School and JFK International School to inspect, check general sanitation, health and safety measures are put in place.
The Health Promotion team also sensitized students and staff on Lassa Fever prevention and symptoms.
